Here are some shots that Nuzguy e-mailed me of the Jeff/Santino TremorMUV build. Even some action welding shots!

We got lots of progress done in about 7 hours.
We ran the long center pieces and triangulated everything. I cut and Santino welded. If you have two people and your confident with your tape measure this part is a breeze.
As I stated earlier make a jig for the canted section like jackster did. This part has been a huge pain in the ...
We got a little hacky smashy when we did this and got the angles "close". Definitely not good enough.
No matter what we did we couldn't get the rear upper sections level and able to fit the slope of the rear Hummer "fender/quarter panel. We could get it on one or the other but not both.
We are going to cut off the outer sides at the rear and re do the outside. Not a big deal but a definite pain.
After the rear is corrected we will do the foot boxes to match the hood and then do the sheeting.
Santino decided to weld all the floors in as he is going to carpet everything so that parts should go quickly.
He is just about finished building the 454 that he is putting in it. I'll post some pictures once the motor is in the frame.
I think the coolest point so far was when we clamped the windshield in place and the rear "fender" it looks like a Hummer. That's it two pieces and a pile of steel looks like a Hummer. It was a cool feeling.
Talk to you soon. _________________ The first builder of the Tremor MUV |

We stripped the donor and did all the modifications that needed to be done. We also rebuilt the motor and got the drive train cleaned up. We haven't gotten around to doing anymore welding as it is great motorcycle weather right now. We will begin welding again when the weather turns cold. Have a great day. _________________ The first builder of the Tremor MUV |
